A Unique Shopping Experience
The trip was worth it if you like to experience a different way to shop for local food, goods and souvenirs. If you do not want to haggle for prices look for the stall with a fixed price signage. It is located on the other end near road side area of the market. It is more cheaper and hassle free. The downside of this tour were as follows: 1) the van used was a bit old, smelly and aircon not so cool; 2) tour guide does not explain much; 3) we had to make a stop at the Elephant Village and Handicraft Furniture shop which could have saved two hours of our time if these were not included in the itinerary

Nice tour except for extra stops
Hotels2Thailand has the lowest cost for this tour, and now I know why. The first stop on the tour is the Elephant farm, where you pay 600 baht to ride the elephant or just sit around for 30-40 minutes waiting for others to finish. Next, we stopped at the floating market. It was worth seeing, but we were only given 1 hour to stay there. Then, on the way back, we stopped by the snake show. Again, they wanted 300 baht per person to see the show or you just end up waiting. It was a minor nuisance, but the tour really should have explained that there were extra stops. Obviously, they are getting commission to make up for the low price.
