Excellent location and good value
The hotel was good value, great location, comfortable/clean rooms but unfortunately let down by the most inefficient/rude reception staff (especially cashier) I have encountered. There were seven staff on reception - I was the only customer and not one person was able to provide assistance to a very simple request - I wanted a receipt.

Services to the good hotel
Services to the good hotel. Gan Northern hospitality is genuine. I can speak for the city to hear it. Music of every genre, because it came with 2 nights in a second series of pop, jazz, easy listening to light. With a light dinner.

Good location
I have stayed at this hotel for 3 night with my husband and friends. Good location with walking distance to clock tower, night bazaar, massage centre. The room need to be upgrade and also abit noisy at night. breakfirst is good. Overall, it is value for money.
