The Regency Hotel Hat Yai

Front desk service staff poor attitude except for one staff. Cleanliness is bad as there's a smell from the lobby to the room. Ants everywhere include the restaurant buffet table & rooms. Carpet is dirty in room, needs shampoo! Problem with the room facilities like bulbs blow not change, not having water for the shower, get it repair & spoil again everyday luckily ive book 2 connected room as im travelling with my kids. Phone cannot use & safe lock but when I call for
servicing to all these they responses & get it fixed, plus point. Room is big, air con is cold & very convenient for food & shopping include nite street shopping, just walk out of the
hotel n cross the street. If you don't mind about the hassle of calling them to fix the faulty facilities, it's a value for money hotel to stay.
