lousy hotel
i booked this hotel's deluxe room but on arrival was given a superior room because of no rooms, next day was allowed to go to deluxe room but was not allowed to smoke in the room if not pay 2000 fine .staff were rude and unhelpful. the pics of rooms are all misleading and air con is lousy cos u cant adjust it all . i really hated myself for booking this hotel pls go and book other hotels and give this one a miss

in town area with walk distance
Like it because it in town area which with walk distance but dislike the room already in old design/old style & they gave me the room which aircond already spoil & not cool at all but lastly they got change room for me. But again I saw they give that room to other new customer who just check in....i think they should not release the key until the aircond is fixed, am I right?
