River Kwai Jungle Rafts Kanchanaburi
Overall
The hotel is very quiet with no electricity, no air staff on the trip for nature. For history buffs and railroad enthusiasts. Ideal to visit the spot, not far from most hotels. They can swim, take pictures of the beautiful Erawan waterfalls. During the trip, too. Way back into town, do not forget to visit the Bridge on the River Kwai. I had a chance to come back here.

The service is excellent
The rooms are clean but small and basic, no hot water or electricity and very thin partitions between rooms. Oil lamps supplied at night add to its charm. The beds are good and have a mosquito net. The service is excellent.
The restaurant serves good Thai food. One of the highlights were the Hmong tribe dance, be sure to sit at the back and maybe wear ear plugs because it is loud! But also amazing to see.

Amazing place
This is a venue for the nature lover who doesn't mind cool showers and dining by lamplight, and flushing the loo with a bucket. The rooms are on rafts tethered in the middle of the river. At night you have the strange sensation of fast flowing water under your feet. During our stay the river was in full flood and we had a great fun jumping in at one end and floating alongside the hotel and climbing back on before the last room.
