You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to the driver when pick-up at the hotel

The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher may have to present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number

The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the tour

What to bring: Hat, bating suit, sunscreen, insect repellent, T-shirt and short for mud spa, towel, walking shoes, clothes to change.

Morning Visit: Pick up time 07.00 - 07.30 hrs.

Afternoon Visit: Pick up time 12.30 - 13.15 hrs.

Children rate is applicable for children age 4-9 years old.

Elephant Jungle Sanctuary operates all year round, despite rain and other mild weather conditions. If you would like to cancel due to weather conditions, there will not be any refund.

If a you have food allergies, special dietary requirements, limited mobility, or potentially contagious diseases, please notify us in advance.

Elephant Jungle Sanctuary do not force elephant to do any activity that they don’t want to do. As well as in the Mud spa and shower that also depends on elephant’s satisfaction.

If you are pregnant or wheelchair bound, you are required to inform Elephant Jungle Sanctuary about your condition, you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you understand you will be participating in a tour that involves large animals.

In any case of your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the quantity of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront the show/tour. Samui Morning Visit

On the morning of your visit, you will be picked up from your place of accommodation and will drive for approximately 20 Min from Samui International airport.  through scenic agricultural areas before arriving at the Sanctuary. There, you will meet your English-speaking guide and learn a little about the elephants, before changing into traditional Karen clothing.

After being allocated bananas and sugar cane to feed to the elephants, you will walk with your guide through the Sanctuary, where you will find free-roaming elephants and hear their individual stories. You can touch, feed, photograph, and interact with the elephants at your leisure while you learn about their lifestyle and behaviors. After you have met all the elephants, you will enjoy watching them enjoy their mud spa. The elephants apply mud on the skin for healthy sunscreen and mo mud treatment to their skin. Next, you will walk with the elephants, shower them and join them in the water for a refreshing. Brush the elephants while they wade through and play in the water.

Once the elephants are clean, you can take some final photos with them, and then it will be time to part ways with your new friend and change into some dry clothes. Finally, eat some snacks and seasonal fresh fruit, before enjoying once again the impressive rural scenery as you drive back to the hotel.
