First stay here. Good and quiet location. 20 meters to central pattaya road, 400 m to the beachroad. about 5 minutes walking to big-C extra. clean and big rooms, old style but for this price very o.k. good and quiet AC, beds clean, bed linen changing everyday.
very quiet. breakfastbuffet medium selection, but o.k. some staff friendly, the others not so friendly. overall i will come back because the price, the location and the breakfast o.k.

Good hotel
Good hotel with medium sized swimming pool, balcony and a passable breakfast. Not very close to the beach but plenty of shops and market stalls all around.

Reasonable price
Good hotel for budget traveler,room is clean,air conditioner not cold but ok.breakfast ok.Overall quite good for my budget.
