You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to enter to the attraction directly.

The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number.

The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the tour.

This tour operates everyday.

Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time.

Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows.

Dress code: Short pants, T-shirt, Flip-flop and small backpack.

What to bring: We recommend sun block lotion, insect repellent, swim wear, towel, camera, spare money, changing clothes and shoes: proper shoes or possibly sea shoes.

This tour depends on the number of passengers. The tour requires minimum 4 pax to operate the trip.

Child between ages 4-12 years old will be charged at child price.

The maximum body weight for this tour is 120 kg and is suitable only for children above 120 cm (height)
