Lovely hotel and service with a smile
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The Hotel itself is very central and right beside the beach.The pool also was in good conditon but a bit small. we could hear the music from bangla road during the night. Nice room and good breakfast. very good service from the staff. we will be staying at this hotel next vacation too!

Great location, very central
I stayed there for 6 nights on August 2011. Location is fantastic, across the road from Patong beach and near the nightlife of Bangla road. The service is fantastic and the people are very friendly and speak fluent english. All in all, value for money, an enjoyable stay!

Reception staff rude, wrong room despite confirmation
Specic range of room requested in booking, confirmed, then unavailable. Manager would not come to desk to resolve, we left early this place was so bad. NEVER AGAIN, the desk staff were rude, only interested in getting more money for an upgrade.

Spectacular Hotel.. Been all around the world and this is one of the best!
This place is awesome and is located in a perfect spot which is just around the corner from Bangla road which is just around the corner! Very quiet inside the hotel at night. Workers are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless. I've been all around the world and i must say that this hotel is on my top 5 list ! Believe me on this.. U will love it here and it's cheap too!
