You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to enter to the attraction directly

The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number

The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the tour

Tour operation everyday

Morning class is 09:00 am - 15.00 pm (pick up time 08:30 am - 09:00 am, drop off time 15:00 pm - 15:30 pm)

Evening class is 17:00 pm - 21.00 pm (pick up time 14:30 pm - 17:00 pm, drop off time 21:00 pm - 21:30 pm)

Vegetarian dishes are available upon request. If you have any special requirements or allergies please let us know when you book

Please note that walking in the wet market can be a little bit wet and muddy! Please wear any closed-toe/heel shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty

Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time

Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows
