You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to the driver when pick-up

The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number

The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the tour

Please remember to bring a towel, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip flops, a little money for sundries, a change of clothes, comfortable walking shoes that you are willing to get muddy (preferably not flip-flops) and a camera.

Please do not bring unnecessary belongings. Host will not be liable for any loss or damages.

Pick up and drop off from hotel in Chiang Mai only (1 KM out of the old city)

Transfer service operates according to pre-assigned and route only. Please let us know your hotel name during your booking process. We will confirm you the pick up time by email.

Please plan to meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time.

Price for children is applicable for children age 4-9 years old

In any case of your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the quantity of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront the show/tour. Hotels2thailand.com reserves the right to non-refund if the booking is mistaken reserved by guest.

Itinerary may be subject to change or cancellation according to local weather conditions. In the event of bad weather, tours will be postponed until suitable conditions arise.

This tour is not recommended for pregnant ladies, infants or people with back or neck problems.

Please be aware that when you book with us, please use the same name that you use when you check- in at your hotel in order to avoid any misunderstanding when our tour staff comes to pick you up at your hotel lobby.

The difference between Full Day Visit and One Day Walk with Elephants is: 1) You will get to spend extra time with the elephants in One Day Walk 2) You will get to see their behavior in their natural habitat while feeding them the medicine that is good for their digestive system. 3) You will get to trek to one or two more camps, where you will be able to see 20 more elephants. (We currently have 7 camps in Chiang Mai).
