You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to exchange to a physical ticket at the counter

The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number

The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the program

Pattaya -> Hua Hin : Departure Time 13.00 a.m. - Arrival Time 15.00 p.m.

Hua Hin -> Pattaya : Departure Time 16.00 p.m. - Arrival Time 18.00 p.m.

Please bring your passport or ID card for check-in, and please arrive at the pier for check-in at least 30 minutes before your departure time.

Photo I.D or valid passport is compulsory as the ferry travel across internal territorial waters (No driving License is allowed)

Royal Passenger Liners has the right not to issue the ticket to the customers who travel without proper I.D or valid passport.

Check in available at the pier 30 minutes before departure time.

Ticket cannot be postponed to other date and time.

Children's ages between 2-12 years old are considered to be charged as the child rate. Children under 2 years old are free of charge and must be accompanied by a parent

In any case of your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, the quantity of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront at the counter.
