You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to enter to the attraction directly.

The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number.

Elephant Jungle Sanctuary operates all year round, despite rain and other mild weather conditions. If you would like to cancel due to weather conditions, there will not be any refund.

If a you have food allergies, special dietary requirements, limited mobility, or potentially contagious diseases, please notify us in advance.

Elephant Jungle Sanctuary do not force elephant to do any activity that they don’t want to do. As well as in the Mud spa and shower that also depends on elephant’s satisfaction.

If you are pregnant or wheelchair bound, you are required to inform Elephant Jungle Sanctuary about your condition, you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you understand you will be participating in a tour that involves large animals.

In any case of your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the quantity of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront the show/tour. Phuket Morning Visit

On the morning of your visit, you will be picked up from your place of accommodation and will drive for approximately 1 hours through scenic agricultural areas, hills, and beach, before arriving at the Sanctuary.There, you will meet your English-speaking guide and learn a little about the elephants.

After being allocated bananas and sugar cane to feed to the elephants, you will walk with your guide through the Sanctuary, where you will find free-roaming elephants and hear their individual stories. You can touch, feed, photograph, and interact with the elephants at your leisure while you learn about their lifestyle and behaviors.

After you have met all the elephants, you will accompany them to a nearby mud spa. Get muddy with the elephants as you apply a healthy cosmetic mud treatment to their skin. Next, you will walk with the elephants to a nearby pool and join them in the water for a refreshing bath. Take a swim and help bathe and brush the elephants while they wade through and play in the water.

Once the elephants are clean, you can take some final photos with them, and then it will be time to part ways with your new friend and change into some dry clothes. Finally, enjoy a delightful Thai buffet before saying one last good bye to your new friends before being driven back to your hotel.

Phuket One Day Walk with Elephants.

This program is aimed at anyone seeking to learn more about elephants and observe our beautiful rescues as the forage through the jungle.

Upon arrival to the sanctuary, Visitors will be briefed on the day’s itinerary.Once packed, you will set out on your trek into the jungle with your guide where you will find free-roaming elephants and hear their individual stories. You can touch, feed, photograph, and interact with the elephants at your leisure while you learn about their lifestyle and behaviors.Through your trek, you will also get to observe the lush greenery that Phuket has to offer.

Lunch is a delicious spread of home cooked Thai food. If you have any dietary requirements, let us know when you do your booking.

After Lunch, You will do activity same as half day afternoon program.you will learn more about elephants and their different behaviors. You will also assist in preparing the medicinal soil for their consumption. After feeding you will accompany them to a nearby mud spa. Get muddy with the elephants as you apply a healthy cosmetic mud treatment to their skin.

Once the elephants are clean, you can take some final photos with them, and then it will be time to part ways with your new friend and change into some dry clothes.Finally, eat some snacks and seasonal fresh fruit, before enjoying once again the impressive rural scenery as you drive back to the hotel.
